Our standard return & shipping policies are as follows:
General: We offer store credit or an exchange on any new, unused product within 30 days. This excludes any close-out or discontinued items. There are no refunds or returns on tobacco products with the exception of manufacture’s defects, such as mold.
Warranty: Customer must contact UPtown’s Smoke Shop for any warranty returns. Manufacturer’s warranty guidelines will apply. UPtown’s Smoke Shop guarantees new pipes for a period of one year from the date of purchase to be free of manufacturer’s defects. Dunhill pipes are covered for two years from the date of purchase. Pipe warranty only covers manufacturer’s defects. Misuse or breakage due to dropping, tenon breakage or stem ‘bite through’ is not covered under warranty. Lighter warranties are covered by the manufacturer.
Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we will make every effort to assure that our customer’s satisfaction is achieved. If an issue cannot be resolved that is covered under our general policy, please contact us and we may take further steps at our discretion based on the individual situation.
We offer free Fed-ex ground shipping on all orders totaling $100.00 or more within the continental United States. For orders under $100.00, a flat-rate shipping and handling charge of $9.00 will be applied. Additional shipping charges may be applied on any shipments weighing 5 lbs or over. For these orders, the customer will be contacted prior to shipping and given shipping rate.
In most cases, orders received before 12:00 p.m., Central Time Zone weekdays will be shipped on the day the order was received. Orders received after 12:00 p.m. will ship the following weekday. If an item is temporally out of stock, we will contact the customer with details.
