This is one good-looking piece of briar expertly sandblasted by Mr. Claessen. As you can see in the images here, there is some beautifully defined ring grain wrapping around the bowl from top to bottom. Add to that a band of silver which gives the pipe an air of distinction along with a nice ruby finish and you have classical pipe of high repute. The real clincher, however, is the incredible light weight of this pipe. It weighs in at a dramatically low 1.3 ounces!!! It is a definite keeper!
